Read in the following order (presuming you don't know ABCD of investing)
1. Read definitions of fundamental/value investing and how different is it from trading and speculation
2. There are so many books which will help you learn to comprehend financial statements
3. Start reading business news papers evey single day. (If you don't understand google it, if you lose track do it all over again. Within a few months news items will start making sense)
4. Read about financial analysis and get yourself acquainted with financial jargons like EPS, price earnings ratio, enterprise value, various kinds of debt. mortgage, pledge etc.
5. Read One up on wall street by Peter Lynch. And then Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham.
6. By now your knowledge on investing would have improved considerably. Now you can read Warren Buffet's annual letters to his share holders ( available in berkshire hathway's site)
